At the virtual event Smarter Living 2022, Xiaomi finally announced the Mi Smart Band 6. The successor to the Mi Smart Band 5 announced by the company last year, the Mi Smart Band 6 is equipped with a larger AMOLED touch display and has the following health monitoring functions. Mainly heart rate monitoring and SpO2 measurement. The Mi Smart Band 5 was launched in India at a price of Rs 2,499 while the new Smart Band 6 is listed for Rs 3,499. Xiaomi also announced three variations of the next generation Mi TV 5X series for the Indian market.

Speaking of new product specifications, the Mi Smart Band 6 has a 1.56-inch AMOLED display that is larger than the Mi Band (51.1-inch). The display has a pixel density of 326 ppi, a peak brightness of 450 cd / m² and an anti-fingerprint coating.
Other features of the Mi Band 6 include support for 24/7 heart rate and blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring, 30 sports that automatically detect activities like sleep tracking, walking, running, indoor treadmills and cycling. Includes mode, OS compatibility, Bluetooth 5.0. , PAI, women health tracking, remote camera shutter, stress monitoring. The tape supports both Android and iOS devices, measures 47.4 x 18.6 x 12.7 mm and weighs 12.8 grams.
The band comes with a 125 mAh battery which, according to the company, offers up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge. The band is waterproof to 5 ATM and has magnetic connectors for charging and charging. Comes with 6 ribbon color options: black, orange, yellow, olive, ivory and blue.
Customers can buy bands on any Mi channel or from Amazon from August 30th. Existing Mi Band users will receive Rs 500 at the time of purchase.

On the other hand, the Xiaomi Mi TV 5X series comes in three size variants: 43 inches, 50 inches and 55 inches. All of these variations come with a 4K panel that supports a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels as well as HDR10 + and Dolby Vision. Each of them has a different screen-to-body ratio. The ratio of 43 “and 50” TVs is almost 96% while the ratio of 55 “TVs is 96.6%. The 43-inch model has a 30 W speaker system, the 50-inch and 55-inch models have a 40 W speaker system. The model’s dual speakers support the Dolby Atmos format.
The Mi TV 5X’s Vivid Picture Engine 2 feature improves saturation. It has a photoelectric sensor for the adaptive brightness function, which adjusts the brightness of the TV to the brightness of the living environment. It also comes with a high quality metallic bezel, a billion color view, and a Reality Flow MEMC engine.
The new Mi TV 5X is available for Rs 31,999 for the 43-inch model, Rs 41,999 for the 50-inch model and Rs 47,999 for the 55-inch model. It will be available on Mi.com, Mi Home, Mi Studio, Flipkart.com and the Croma Store on September 7th from 12:00 pm.
