It was recently revealed that the microblogging site Twitter is reportedly rolling out a dedicated tab for the iSpaces feature on its mobile app for select users.

According to TechCrunch, the Twitter Spaces tab will take the middle spot on the main navigation bar between the “Search” and “Notifications” icons.

This means that the navigation bar now has five tabs instead of four. Currently, this update for Twitter Spaces is only being rolled out for iOS users.

In addition, only 500 people from the Spaces beta test can see the new dedicated tab for Spaces first. For the uninformed, Twitter Spaces is a new way for users to have live audio conversations on Twitter.

Spaces are public, so anyone can join as a listener, including people who don’t follow each other. Listeners can be invited to Space by sending them a link via DM, tweeting, or sharing a link.

Approximately 11 people, including the host, can speak in a space at any time. The new dedicated tab will make it easier for users to explore rooms and follow live events.

Users can find Active Spaces on the tab along with other details such as space names, hosts, and people they know who are attending.

The tab also helps users manage reminders for planned areas. In other Twitter-related news, the social media platform has also started rolling out its premium subscription service Twitter Blue in Australia and Canada.

Twitter Blue is a new monthly subscription service that offers exclusive access to premium features and app customizations for a small fee.
