San Francisco: Microblogging site Twitter is testing new advisories telling users whether their accounts have been suspended or banned and put in read-only mode for violating Twitter’s rules.

The notices announced on Tuesday will appear as a banner at the top of your feed.

These are currently being tested by a small percentage of Twitter users on iOS, Android, and the web, a Twitter spokesperson for The Verge was quoted as saying.

“The company is testing this feature after receiving feedback from users who have found they have been banned or banned and are only in read-only mode after trying to tweet or follow new accounts,” the spokesperson added added.

The new notices indicate user status and provide additional guidance for those who are blocked or blocked.

If you’ve been permanently banned, there is a notice to appeal, and if your account has been banned, the notice says that most accounts will be back in full access in a week, the report said.

Recently, the microblogging site said it is testing a new feature that allows users to rate replies to tweets positively and negatively, saying it is still not a “decline” button.

The feature is currently being tested with a select group of iOS users and is available in a variety of styles (up and down arrows, a heart and down arrows, and thumbs up and thumbs down icons), according to an earlier Report.
