Poco F3 was recently launched in the European market and is a renamed Redmi K40. The company released a teardown video for the Poco F3 on Friday, showing the various components along with the liquid cooling technology, the unique fingerprint scanner and the linear motor. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC and has dual speakers, triple rear cameras, support for fast charging, and other impressive specs at a starting price of 349 euros (around Rs 30,100).

Poco Global shared a short, nearly two-minute video on Twitter showing an outline of the Poco F3. It starts with the dual SIM tray and shows the microphone, LED flashlight, one of the 360 degree ambient light sensors, and the IR blaster. Then three separate modules for the three camera sensors are displayed – the 48-megapixel primary sensor, the 8-megapixel sensor with ultra-wide-angle lens and the third 5-megapixel TeleMacro shooter.

By removing the 4,520 mAh battery, you can access the side-mounted fingerprint scanner, which is not comparable to other phones that have a kind of groove on the side. The fingerprint scanner attached to the side of the Poco F3 feels like a normal power switch. After removing the E4 AMOLED display, which, according to Poco, consumes 15 percent less power and supports a peak brightness of 1,300 nits, you can see the liquid cooling, which the company calls LiquidCool Technology 1.0 Plus. It is a copper strip that runs from the location of the CPU to the center of the battery, which removes the heat from the CPU. According to Poco, this enables three-dimensional heat dissipation.

The two speakers can also be seen, and the one on top of the phone is much smaller than the one below. Most smartphones are set up with two speakers. The speakers in the Poco F3 support Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio. Between the battery and the USB Type-C port is the X-axis linear motor, which the company claims provides three-dimensional vibration.
