A “hat piece” from James VI
Dealers, collectors and auction houses are preparing for the ANA World’s Fair of Money in August. We have seen a lot of releases on what visitors can expect next month which is adding to the excitement. Stack’s Bowers Galleries recently announced that they will be showcasing the Loch Ness Collection of Scottish Coins as part of their world coin auction.
In the June issue, we saw some of their expected highlights, including a rare Nicholas I Proof 100 Perpera from 1910 and an 1878 Umberto I Silver 5 Lire. As the auction date approaches, more information will become available.
