New Delhi: If you’re one of those people who is always confused when looking for good places to go out with family, friends, or a romantic day out, social media photo and video sharing giant Snapchat is for you the right thing for you!
Snapchat is without a doubt one of the most popular digital photo and video sharing apps used in the social media world to start recommending places to visit.
Interestingly, the new feature is supposed to make Snap Map a more useful utility. According to The Verge, more than 250 million people use Snapchat’s built-in map to see where their friends are in the world. The map interface was recently updated to a main tab in the app, and on Thursday the company added a new feature that shows popular places for you.
The map function begins by searching for places such as restaurants and bars for a user that he has either marked in previous posts or added in the favorites options.
According to reports, the Popular tab at the bottom center of the Snap Map shows recommendations for places based on factors such as a user’s current location and the types of places they have saved as favorites.
