TrustQuay has launched the first fully automated and integrated onboarding solution for trust administrations and corporate service providers.
The fully automated onboarding experience was developed with identity verification and fraud prevention company GBG and offers integrated identity verification using a document database and biometric validation, as well as a full audit trail for know-your-customer and anti-money laundering requirements.
The onboarding solution is part of a major upgrade to the TrustQuay Portal, originally introduced in November 2020, along with improved two-way messaging and document exchange between corporate services and Trust administrators, as well as customizable automated data collection among the TrustQuay NavOne and 5Series systems.
