Aztec Group has chosen Fenergo’s Software as a Service (SaaS) Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) to manage onboarding trips and anti-money laundering (AML), Know-Your-Customer (KYC ) and digitize and streamline regulatory compliance.
The independent fund and corporate service provider will use Fenergo’s CLM solution in its offices in the Channel Islands, Europe and the USA.
With SaaS CLM from Fenergo, Aztec can digitize the entire life cycle process from onboarding to offboarding and at the same time give customers and investors the opportunity to upload data and documentation directly.
By replacing legacy systems and existing processes for onboarding and compliance, the SaaS solution will enable the Aztec Group to engage investors more quickly while significantly improving the user, customer and investor experience, says Fenergo.
The Aztec Group specializes in alternative asset classes and manages more than 450 funds.
The company will roll out Fenergo’s CLM SaaS solution in a gradual program in 2022.
