Pat McGrath Divine Rose 2 Divinyl Lip Shine Pat McGrath Divine Rose 2 Divinyl Lip Shine ($ 36.00 for 0.08 oz.) Is a medium pink with warmer undertones and a vibrant sheen without pearl. It had a semi-transparent color cover that could be built up with a second layer on top of a middle cover.
The texture was smooth, pliable, and more balm-like, so it had more yield than it warmed against my lips but never felt stiff. The paint was applied evenly and was quite forgiving of natural lip textures / imperfections. It took a decent three and a half hours and felt slightly moisturizing over time.

The formula is said to provide a “mirror-like” shine with a “rich color” that contains a lot of “moisture”. It’s part of the brand’s Lip Fetish range, which is a lip balm-based formula. However, this appears to be the higher coverage offering in the various designs available. They feel smooth and balm-like – easy gliding but not overly slippery, light and comfortable to use and wear.
The texture felt smooth and warmed on my lips which gave it a little more slip, but the formula looked shinier than it actually felt in terms of slip so it wasn’t a high maintenance formula – I did it not i have no personal feather / bleeding.
The weakness lies in the wearing time, which is three to four hours for most colors, and they don’t have strong dyeing capabilities (at least not based on the range of colors present). Otherwise, they offered a semi-opaque to opaque cover that was applied evenly and smoothly, but it wasn’t the most forgiving of imperfection. I always exfoliate my lips before doing lip patterns, but there were still a few shades that were more noticeably attached to imperfections, although not all shades did.
The formula felt moderately moisturizing, although I don’t find it to be top of the line moisturizing lip balm formulations. They have a slight, sweet vanilla scent, but no discernible taste.

Is a medium black plum with subtle, warm undertones and a warmer, lighter gold / copper pearl that gave it a pearly sheen. It had a semi-opaque paint cover that could be built up into a mostly opaque cover.
The product was applied evenly to my lips without pulling, and the gloss and pearl seemed to soften my lip lines while forgiving imperfections in the lip texture. It had a smooth, balm-like texture that felt more pliable as it warmed against my lips, but it was never stiff to work with. It stayed on well for four hours and felt moisturizing over time.
