FLOYD MAYWEATHER has built a business empire with his right-wing husband James ‘P-Reala’ McNair.
Widely hailed as one of the greatest fighters of all time, Mayweather has grown into a smart money maker outside the ring with his trusted advisor.

The boxing legend met McNair in New York in 2005 and the friendship led the two to work together and form the Money Team in 2011.
McNair was involved in Mayweather’s biggest and most lucrative fights, against Manny Pacquiao in 2015 and against Conor McGregor two years later.
But with the ring legend now retired, her efforts have focused on ventures outside the ropes.
These include the Girl Collection strip club, real estate, and TMT’s music label.
But the couple have now also opened an ice rink, liquor delivery service, and a clothing line, which Mayweather is particularly enthusiastic about.
McNair told SunSport: “Floyd is a respected gentleman, so we want to work on a line that is about high-end clothing, such as suits and the like.
“We have a lot of things, but we focus on business, real estate and the like.”
McNair businessman works 24/7 with Mayweather on his million dollar business.

But he reveals that Mayweather – who topped Forbes’ rich list of the decade with a fortune of £ 700 million – is taking the decision-making process into his own hands.
McNair explains, “All of these are Floyd’s babies and ideas.
“It’s in there from the design of the nightclubs and ice rinks or the buildings, it’s practical.
“When someone knows Floyd, they are handy in everything they do. Even in their own homes, they have furnished and designed their own interiors.
“His brain is on a different level, his mind thinks outside the box, he wants to be practical and he has a certain idea.
“He could bring people in doing some kind of work, obviously he doesn’t do construction and all that, but he brings people in and brings his idea to life.”

44-year-old Mayweather officially retired as a professional in 2017, beating 32-year-old ex-UFC champion Conor McGregor in ten rounds.
But he returned in 2018 for an exhibition fight against Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, whom McNair has been credited with as a facilitator.
The TMT co-creator is now traveling the world with Mayweather, but the work never stops and the topic of discussion is always business.
McNair says, “Whether we’re on an airplane, a hotel room, or a basketball court, his mind is always thinking of business.
“We can play basketball and he’ll see a certain pair of shorts and he’ll say, ‘We can take these shorts and do this and make it that way.’
“His mind is always working and I think that’s why he’s so successful and as I said, it comes from within.
“He’s got a passion for things like fashion and design and things like that. So if that’s in you, it doesn’t matter how successful you are financially or how big you are going to be famous, he’s got a passion for certain things and that will always be in him.

“He’s a hands-on boss so he always wants to be there to know that the job is being done right, even if he has someone there he has to oversee it because he’s a perfectionist and you can see that obviously in the ring.”
Most recently, McNair was involved in negotiations for Mayweather to face YouTuber Logan Paul, 26, in a pay-per-view exhibition.
It was originally set for February 20, but has since been backdated with a new date yet to be confirmed.
McNair reveals: “We’ll be making an announcement soon.
“I can’t give a specific date right now as we’re still working on intangibles, but it will be earlier than people expect.
“We worked from the first February date, everything is fine, everything is right.
“We’re excited, Logan has a huge following and we should hear something in the next few weeks.”
