Milk Makeup Beyond Bionic Liquid Blush ($ 20.00 for 0.27 oz.) Is a medium-dark plum with subtle, warm undertones and a mostly matte finish. It felt like a very runny gel as it was almost runny at first, but after applying and blending it on my skin it completely dried out to a transfer-resistant, almost matte finish. Having a lot of time to work, I ended up finding it easier to apply something to the back of my hand and give it some time to dry before applying, as it gave me more control over the placement.
It had a sheer reach, just as marketed, that could be built. I find that pure coverage products like these tend to highlight the imperfections on my skin. So I can assure you that any unevenness you see is the condition of my actual skin, and not the fault of the blush! This shade lasted a good eight hours before fading a little.

The blush is said to be “transparent” and buildable, while it feels “weightless” and has a “powdery finish”. It was a very runny, liquid-based formula at first, but it quickly dried to a completely flat, matte finish that was transfer-resistant. I was pretty surprised at how much it dried considering how runny it felt at first.
The four published shades were, as promised, more transparent and buildable, and they were pretty easy to work with. The only problem I had was the consistency was almost too runny and it was harder to apply in smaller areas / with precision while still getting visible color. I preferred to put a little on the back of my hand and then use a dab brush to lift and swirl my cheeks to “shorten” the drying time a little.
They lasted between eight and nine hours with me before they visibly faded.
