N5
N5 is a medium, golden copper with a sparkling sheen. It was a “topper” shade so transparency was by design and as expected, although I felt the texture in the pan was more compact and not as soft as needed to prevent precipitation over time. I recommend applying this with a fingertip or a dampened brush to minimize fallout as you apply it. It took seven and a half hours with some rainfall while wearing.

N6 is a light, golden bronze with strong, warm undertones and a soft, metallic sheen. The eyeshadow had rich pigmentation in a single layer that adhered evenly to bare skin and blended well. The texture felt smooth, dense, without being thick or too tightly pressed into the pan. It wore well for eight hours before it visibly faded.

Formula overview

The formula is said to have a “highly effective shine” that can be used “dry or wet for a light wash or an opaque color”. If you’re someone who wants really intense pigmentation with a dry brush, not all shades will be able to do it, although some in the formula were very pigmented both dry and wet.
The consistency was almost spongy, somewhat emollient, but didn’t seem overly prone to compaction in the pan, which can be a problem with more emollient formulas. It was thicker but thin, and it wasn’t stiff to work with. The eyeshadows were evenly applied to bare skin, blended well in most cases, and were very easy to apply – they were easier to apply than I think they would feel.
The slip in the formula gave them a smoother, “melted” look when applied to my skin so that they had sheen but didn’t emphasize my skin texture. They lasted between eight and nine hours with me before they faded / fainted.

N7 is a light, yellowish brown with muted, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had an opaque color release, which made it more pigmented than marketed, although it was mixable and easy to work with so it could be used with a lighter hand for a more transparent cover if needed. The texture was soft, mixable, and a bit powdery in the pan but not on the lid. It lasted a good eight hours before it faded noticeably.

The formula is said to have a “medium buildable and mixable coverage” with a “feather-light, creamy feel”. The formula is characterized by a translucency that was actually rather medium to semi-opaque and the opacity could be increased. They were soft, smooth, and velvety with lubricity but little powder, and they seemed to “melt” a little when applied to bare skin.
I would argue that they were a little more pigmented in one layer than real medium, but in practice it seemed a bit more accurate in opacity as the hues diffused evenly and spread out to medium opacity (even if they seemed halfway at first ). -opaque). They held with me for between seven and eight hours before they visibly faded.

N8 is a deeper, richer brown with warm, red undertones and a matte finish. The texture was smooth, mixable, and soft without being too powdery or too tightly pressed into the pan. The “problem” was that it was quite pigmented and wasn’t buildable as intended, so it had to be used with a lighter hand (as any pigmented eyeshadow could be) to get better buildable coverage. It carried well for eight hours before showing signs of fading.
