On Thursday, Kim, 40, had mom Kris Jenner with her when she was looking for her own new home.
She said to the momager: “You will love this area. I’m making an LED screen the size of the blue outline.
“The whole wall will be a television. And then a big run and a huge circular couch that is like a U and super deep. “
The SKIMS founder then showed off her living room, which was completely covered with plastic wrap, when there was a large hole in the middle of her wall.
“I never knew you weren’t under construction in this house since you bought it,” said Kris, 65 years old.

“I know. It’s the money pit,” Kim replied with an annoyed tone and a wink.
The family matriarch then recalled the time when Kim and her then-husband lived with her after they bought the house when it was under construction.
“When I got in here and saw you doing all of this work, it reminded you of when you and Kanye moved in with me.
“It was so great, I love those times,” she said to her daughter and seemed to be getting emotional.
Years before they divorced, Kim and Kanye, 43, who share the house with their four children, bought it for $ 20 million in 2013.

They spent the next five years doing extravagant renovations that cost millions before they finally moved in.
The massive home has two kitchens, two pantries, multiple freezers, and a huge walk-in refrigerator.
Last February, the ex-couple sat down to share the inspiration for their minimalist designs – often derided by fans as “morgues” – in the new edition of Architectural Digest.
Kanye said the house’s “futuristic Belgian monastery” style was “inspired” by his firstborn daughter, North.
The couple also announced that renovators were ripping out the two swimming pools that were already in the garden when they bought the mansion.

Instead, they opted for a huge pool that reportedly made them $ 50,000 – but Kim admitted she had NEVER been in it.
