Kaja Butter Up play Bento Sculpting TrioKaja Butter Up play Bento Sculpting Trio ($ 25.00 for an ounce) contains a light to medium sized peach colored coral powder, an iridescent peach powder highlighter, and a light, warmer brown cream bronzer. The highlighter was sharper compared to blush and bronzer, although the brand didn’t have a lot of claims (in any direction!) For the trio’s products. The blush could have been more miscible, but those who tend to apply over solid or matte surfaces should have fewer problems.

Pink cloud

Pink cloud is a light to medium-sized, peach-colored coral with stronger, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque pigmentation in a single layer – a little went far – with a soft, finely ground consistency that was dry to the touch. I found it blended better over foundation or lightly powdered / set skin as it was more reactive to natural oils on bare skin. It stayed good for eight and a half hours before visibly fading.

Twinkling lights

Twinkling lights is a very light, golden beige base with a shimmering pink pearl throughout. It had a medium coverage of color that could be built up into a semi-opaque pigmentation, and the finish also became more metallic with the layering, although it didn’t emphasize the natural texture of my skin. The powder was soft, smooth, and firm to the touch, but not stiff to the touch, so it wasn’t powdery while remaining miscible. It carried well for eight hours before noticeably fading.

Homemade waffle

Homemade waffle is light brown with moderate, warm undertones and a soft sheen. It had an opaque color cover that was more semi-opaque in practice. It can be applied with a lighter hand or spread with ease for a sheer effect. The consistency was smooth, bland, and light without making it sticky or overly pliable, which helped it go on evenly and work well on both bare skin and foundation. It didn’t completely dry out, just a soft sheen – so no very damp finish at all. The color lasted well for eight hours before fading a little.
