He told MailOnline, “I overdosed on Christmas, buddy. I was ready to go. I didn’t want to be here.
The former brick and mortar salesman won Love Island’s fourth series in 2018 when he became a fan favorite alongside Dani Dyer.
Jack attributed his downfall to a lack of structure after quitting his main job and also hit show bosses for failing to teach reality stars to invest their money.
“I have really bad ADHD,” he said.
“I can’t concentrate on anything. I made good money selling it. I was happy. I had a structure …
“I think there should be more guidance from them [Love Island]. They should say, ‘Listen, you’re going to make so much money – invest it, do something with it.’
This week it was revealed that Jack is at war with his daughter’s mother – and the couple publicly exchanged angry insults on a vicious Instagram series.
Jack shocked fans last January when he announced that he had welcomed a baby girl with Casey Ranger.
But she’s slammed him on social media several times over the past few months, most recently sharing an incredibly lengthy statement accusing him of having a “nonexistent” relationship with her little girl.
Casey also wrote, “He was nowhere to be seen throughout my pregnancy and made it VERY clear that he didn’t want to be involved – something I fully accepted, but once my daughter was born his agents already had one for him a TV show on – JACK THE DAD !!!!!! “
She slammed Jack for selling photos and interviews about his daughter when she was only a day old and “making it look like he was a single father”.
The long list of allegations includes Jack canceling last-minute plans to see his daughter for the first time in months, using Tot only to “raise his public profile,” and pictures and videos of her without her to post on social media permission.
She added that Jack didn’t buy his daughter a Christmas present or card at his request, wasn’t even on her birth certificate, and he stopped visiting his daughter without explanation.
Jack retaliated by going to his Instagram story and saying, “Every story has two sides, but I choose to keep it private and not say anything.”
He added that it had an impact on his mental health and insisted on followers, “This person hates me and is bitter because a one night stand didn’t work out, we were never friends – she came alone with others and Her plan back to my house didn’t work out. Now she wants to ruin me, the truth always comes out. “
