4site, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Indigo Telecom Group Limited, a global provider of network support services to telecommunications and data centers, announced yesterday that it will be recruiting more than 100 people over the next three years to support its plans for international expansion.
With open and office based roles across Ireland, roles range from fiber planners, GIS engineers, designers, telecom surveyors and project managers to business support roles in accounts, sales and operations. Indigo Telecom Group will be locally recruiting from Limerick and the Midwest near the company’s Irish headquarters in the Raheen Business Park.
The Indigo Telecom Group was founded in 1997 in Magor, South Wales and employs more than 400 people in 10 offices in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany and the Netherlands. The company is now concentrating on expanding its portfolio of competencies in order to take advantage of the market opportunities for fiber to the home (FTTH), wireless, 5G, data centers, digitization and telecommunications network services.
In 2020 alone, the Indigo Telecom Group welcomed 140 employees to the team. 4site works closely with the Limerick Institute of Technology and the University of Limerick to create employment opportunities for highly skilled graduates.
