It had a single coat of opaque color coverage that applied well to bare skin with a smooth, even application of product. The consistency was moderately dense, slightly creamy and easy to work with. Glaminatrix Imp Duochrome Topper ($ 8.77 for 0.06 oz.) Has a translucent base that appeared tinted green with a sparkle that turned from purple to blue. The texture was slightly pliable, pressed more loosely in the pan, but it didn’t seem overly fragile when I was working with it. I was able to pick up the product dry and had even coverage with very minimal precipitation, but a dampened brush or fingertip worked best. It had a largely opaque cover despite the translucent base. For me, it wore well for eight and a half hours before it visibly faded.

Opacity came mostly from the Sparkle / Shimmer, which overall provided medium buildable pigmentation – this appeared to be a little less pigmented than the brand’s swatch showed, as well as compared to other hues within the finish.
