He recommends buying the cheapest item on the menu, which is supposed to be a 59 pence mini McFlurry.
After purchasing, make sure to hold on to the receipt as you will need it to complete a customer survey that will secure your discount.
He explains, “It’s through a promo called” Food for Thoughts “that rewards you with cheap food if you complete a quick survey about your experience after you buy it.”
At the top of each receipt you will find a URL, www.McdFoodForThoughts.com, followed by a 12-digit access code.

Simply visit the website where you will be asked to enter the 12-digit access code followed by the total amount you paid.
Once you have completed the survey, which only takes a few minutes, you will be given a five-digit code to fill out on your old receipt.
This gives you a Big Mac and French fries for just £ 1.99 instead of £ 4.08 or £ 4.49 (depending on the size of the meal). Simply hand it over to the cash register when paying.
And be careful when you hold onto your next receipt! There is no limit to how many £ 1.99 meals you can get, which in theory means you can have that price for life.
