MILLIONAIRE lottery builder Steve Thomson has been referred to by friends as “Mr Sensible” after investing a portion of his £ 105m profit at the Queen’s Bank – and looks like another mega payout.

After winning EuroMillions in 2019, the former white van man and his wife Lenka have “ten million” from Her Majesty’s favorite company Coutts & Co.

A £ 30 million investment could see the Thomsons sack a whopping £ 90 million over the next 20 years – almost as much as their initial profit.

The millions of pounds invested in the couple’s two separate trusts are invested in stocks, stocks and real estate.

Friends have called Steve, originally from Selsey, West Sussex, “Mr Sensible” because, unlike some notorious winners, he did not waste his lottery money.

It came after The Sun revealed how humble Steve finally spent £ 4.5 million on a new home after taking more than a year to leave his £ 150,000 meeting house.

Steve and Lenka were living in a triple row house in Selsey, West Sussex with their three children when they won the jackpot.

After the stroke of luck, there was a used VW van for Steve and a Volvo XC90 for the Slovakian Lenka.

Steve even continued to work on closing pending orders for his window and conservatory business.

Kind hearted Steve also donated £ 200,000 to help his local community and donated £ 100,000 to his beloved Cricket Club in Selsey, West Sussex for a new pavilion.

And he gave Selsey Medical Center £ 50,000 to fund new equipment so locals don’t have to travel miles for appointments, plus £ 50,000 for his two sons’ school.

The trusts registered at the beginning of the year usually put huge fortunes at the disposal of children and grandchildren.

Only trustees Steve and Lenka can say what the money can be spent on if their three young children claim it.

A friend said: “The truth is, Steve and Lenka have come under massive pressure since their incredible win.

“Managing this type of money and planning not only for the future of your children but also for generations to come is a difficult task.

“Steve is Mr. Sensible and determined not to end up like Michael Carroll, skinny and broken.”

A month after his life-changing victory in November 2019, the father of three returned to haul boxes.

But in April, Steve announced that he had moved to a sprawling £ 4.5million property with tennis courts and a swimming pool – where he plans to do all the home improvement himself.

The land pile is 14.5 acres and has a swimming pool, tennis court and party barn.

The imposing 7,000 square meter farmhouse – with two kitchens, six bedrooms, five reception rooms, and a playroom – is seven times the size of the average British property.

There are also two lakes, a pond, landscaped gardens and stables.

Rock stars and Hollywood actors are among the neighbors of the Kent property, which was bought by an IT tycoon.

Steve admitted at the time that the mammoth EuroMillions win was still seeping in.

And to stay on the ground, the former conservatory fitter says he’ll be working on his new stake himself.

He said, “I’m still not over what happened to us and, to be honest, I’m still trying to come to terms with it.

“It feels like we were in our old life yesterday – it will take a while to get used to it.

“We are very lucky to be in this place, but there is a lot to do, so I’ll focus on that for now.”
