Coral red (06)

Dior Coral Glow (06) Dior Forever Couture Luminizer ($ 48.00 for 0.21 oz.) Is a medium dark pink with a warmer, contrasting peach-gold tinge that gives it a soft, glowing sheen. It had almost opaque pigmentation in a single layer that could be easily built up if desired or used with a lighter hand for better buildable coverage initially.

The consistency was moderately dense, firmer but not stiff, and was picked up well with a moderately dense brush. It had that gel-powder feel that doesn’t result in a powder, but great mix and application, but it may take a denser brush to absorb the product evenly if you’ve never worked with this type of formula. It was a good eight and a half hours before something faded away.

Formula overview

$ 48.00 / 0.21 oz. – $ 228.57 per ounce

It has been described as having a “multidimensional glow” that “blends”[ed] seamless “and had a long shelf life. The formula felt like a gel-powder formula, which was evidenced by a slightly firmer, almost stiff grip in the pan, but it was not powdery and the product picked up well with a moderately dense brush Once applied, the powder almost “melted” on my skin, giving it a particularly seamless look that was never dry or dusty.

Pigmentation ranged from shade to shade but was typically semi-opaque to opaque, buildable, and easy to work with when the product was picked up with a lighter or heavier hand, as desired. They held with me for between eight and nine hours before they visibly faded.

The powders were fragrant with flowers.
