The 7 year old Tomas won the hearts of many Portuguese residents
After a relapse in October last year, Tomas’ parents appealed to raise funds for their brave child’s surgeries.
And it seems that Cristiano and Georgina rose discreetly in the time of need.
A message shared by Georgina’s sister Ivana appears to confirm the star couple’s involvement.
It thanks “various people of great humanity” for their generosity in times of need.
And it adds: “Many thanks to Georgina and Cristiano for your help, solidarity and your big heart.
“Thank you very much for helping us to give Tomas access to treatment.”
The brave seven-year-old has now checked into D’Hebron Hospital in Barcelona for tests and oncological consultations.
36-year-old Ronaldo is no stranger to charitable giving.

Last March, as the coronavirus pandemic began to break through Europe, Ronaldo and Agent Jorge Mendes jointly donated £ 1 million to help hospitals fight the disease.
He is also an ambassador for Save the Children, Unicef and World Vision.
And in 2013 he donated his £ 89,000 bonus to the UEFA Team of the Year to the Red Cross.
