Condominium resale prices have risen for the fourteenth straight month, up 1.0 percent in September 2021.
According to our Flash report on the condominium resale market in September 2021, unit prices rose 1.1 percent in the CCR, 1.7 percent in the RCR and 0.6 percent in the OCR.
Year-on-year, prices are up 8.9 percent, up 9.1 percent in the CCR, 8.6 percent in the RCR and 9.0 percent in the OCR.
