ColourPop There’s always a lip duo tomorrow ($ 16.00 for 0.145 oz.) Is a new limited edition lip duo in shades of red that includes an off-white lipstick and matching lipstick. They were both a deeper ruby red with strong, cool undertones. They had higher coverage and longer shelf life, although the lipstick wasn’t quite as smooth and glide as ideal when you need your lipstick for both lining and filling.
Rudolf is a deep red with cool undertones and an off-white finish. It had almost opaque pigmentation in a single pass that was applied evenly to my lips as the texture was slightly creamy without being too emollient. The product lasted well over six hours, leaving a moderate stain, and feeling moisturizing over time.

Formula overview

The formula, supposed to be “creamy-matte,” “glides like butter, doesn’t bounce or bleed, and lasts so long you’ll forget you’re wearing it in the first place.” The majority of the shades were fairly pigmented with full color release in a single stroke, with some in the more semi-opaque area.
The texture, on average, was smooth, slightly creamy and not too thick or too thin so there was no dragging when applied, but the paint did not feel slippery when worn, which made it easy to apply straight from the tube and low-maintenance on the Lips.
They tend to dry and wear out to a soft, matte finish within one to three hours of wearing, and while very light, they nestle more against the lips when they go matte (compared to the initial feel ). The wearing time was between four and six hours for most shades, and most shades did not dry to slightly moisturizing. They smelled of vanilla but had no discernible taste.

Rudolf is a deep red with cooler undertones and a flat, matte finish. The pencil delivered full color release in a single stroke, but it wasn’t that easy to get an even topcoat on my lips when filling in was just a base for something more opaque (like the lipstick in the duo). There was enough glide to work for the contouring, but it was more prone to tugging and felt on the thinner side for a solid color. This shade lasted over six hours and felt slightly drying over time.
