ColourPop Sugar Snap Glossy Lip Stain ($ 8.00 for 0.21 ounces) is a light-medium, peach brown with warmer undertones and a glossy finish. It had a semi-transparent pigmentation that could be built up with a second layer up to a medium opacity.
The texture was thin, a little watery, but it was more likely to stick to my lips, which was different from other shades. As a result, it emphasizes the texture of my lips more than other nuances. This had a subtle, reddish stain after a few hours of wear, but it was very minimal and quickly disappeared, so that the product lasted about four hours in total.

It is said to have the “long-lasting power of a lip stain” with the “shine of a gloss”, paired with a “medium to buildable coverage” that “does not dry”. The initial texture was almost watery, overly spreadable (and the applicator often picked up more product than needed, so be careful when applying), but dried to a more silky sheen that was less glossy and more like a satined lipstick with some translucence was.
The initial shine wore off within two hours, making it look like a true satin finish – this went for doing nothing or just taking a sip from a glass as it wasn’t transferable. The stain did not get through a meal and tended to leave a very thick ring around the edges of my lips because it wore off so quickly while eating. Left to their own devices, most sunglasses were worn for about six hours, leaving a faint mark.
It had medium buildable coverage but quickly built up to semi-opaque coverage without an official second coat (just go back and forth to get an even layer of product). A few shades were more true to color to medium and others were more semi-opaque from the first layer on.
There did not seem to be any added fragrance or flavor to wear.

ColourPop Ice Pop Glossy Lip Stain ($ 8.00 for 0.21 oz.) Is a medium pink with warm undertones that turned lighter and slightly pinker in color as applied, and left slightly “set”. The texture was light, spreadable, and thin without being too watery, but it was more prone to streaking and getting into my lip lines than it got slightly firm (and then felt slightly sticky and a little thicker). It had medium buildable paint coverage that lasted well for four and a half hours while the stain lasted for about an hour but didn’t survive a meal.
