ColourPop On a Wing 5-Pan Pressed Powder Palette ($ 10.00 for 0.15 oz.) Is a new pink and mauve color story that includes two shimmers and three mats in a sleek plastic case. The five hues had good depth, although the lightest matte could have been more mid-tones, making for a more varied palette for all skin tones. The performance of the eyeshadows corresponded to the brand’s formula: pigmented, mixable and longer lasting with at times slightly powdery.
This palette is one of five in a holiday vault, although ColourPop said they would be available individually at my request, but they did not appear individually on the website. It’s not realistic for me to check it out as a set (takes a lot longer, but I’ve also started testing them across sets and the system is better set up for one pallet, not five, for readability) within a set!) so decided to check them out one at a time.

Lift up
Lift up is a very light pink with subtle, warm undertones and faint sparkles throughout the metallic finish. The opacity was opaque in one layer, while the eyeshadow had a smooth, almost creamy texture that was a bit thicker compared to the other shades, but I had no problem picking it up with a dry brush or applying it to bare skin. It lasted a good eight hours before it faded noticeably.

Spacy is a very light mauve with neutral to warm undertones and a matte finish. It had an opaque paint release that was applied evenly to bare skin and blended well. The texture was soft, a little powdery, but not so strong that it tended to shear. There were fading marks after eight hours of wear.

Flight thing
Flight thing is a deep pink with warm undertones and a slightly lighter, more mauve sparkle. The eyeshadow felt drier and looser, which resulted in a slight fallout. To minimize fallout, gently press it down or apply it with a fingertip / dampened brush. It had an opaque pigmentation that stayed fine for eight hours before noticeably fading.

Cirrus

I hope
I hope is a deep, reddish berry with cooler undertones and a matte finish. It had an opaque color, paired with a smooth, velvety texture that was neither too powdery nor too tightly pressed into the pan. It wore well for eight hours before it faded a little.
