ColourPop Grunge Girl Lippie Pencil ($ 5.00 for 0.04 oz.) Is a deep burgundy red with cooler undertones and a matte finish. It had almost opaque pigmentation in a single layer, but the depth of color paired with the matte finish made it deeper as you layered it, adding to any bumps.
I would recommend this for drawing around the edge of the lips, but less for filling in, as it was difficult to get an even, smooth layer of product, both physically in terms of thickness and in terms of color coverage. The texture was smooth, velvety, and comfortable enough to work with. It lasted six hours and felt a little dry over time when worn as an all-over color.

About the liner
ColourPop Over the Liner Lippie Pencil ($ 5.00 for 0.04 oz.) Is a light-medium, reddish plum with warmer undertones and a matte finish. It had an almost opaque color coverage in one go that stuck evenly to my lips and was pleasant to apply both as a liner and on my lips.
Additionally, the formula actually went smoothly and forgave lip lines / lip texture (for a matte lip liner!) The texture was velvety which gave it a good glide but kept it in place. The color has worn well for five hours and felt slightly drying out when worn.
