ColourPop is part of the Haute Collection starts today (22nd) at 10 a.m. PT and offers five new pallets with a mixture of matt and shimmering surfaces. I didn’t see any shades that appeared to have plastic glitter (PET) in it, despite having pressed pigments sprinkled on the pallets (in case that’s cause for concern).
