The texture was creamier than it might appear in the swatch as the formula was a bit denser and thicker, but it was opaque in coverage and didn’t need to be layered or built up at all. It lasted a good eight and a half hours and left a faint stain.

ColourPop Jubilee Crème Gel Liner ($ 5.00 for 0.01 oz.) Is a vibrant pinky red with strong, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had almost opaque pigmentation in a single pass that adhered evenly to the lower lash line and moved comfortably over it without tugging. The texture was moderately creamy, a bit dense / thick compared to your average eyeliner, and set quickly. It held up well for nine hours and left a little pink stain after I removed it for the day.
