ColourPop Brandy Fresh Kiss Lip Lacquer ($ 8.00 for 0.21 oz.) Is a darker pink with moderate, warm undertones and a glossy, cream-colored finish. It had opaque paint coverage in a single layer that was applied fairly evenly but had light streaks along the edges of my lips.
I found it better to apply less product and get a semi-opaque coverage in the end, as the applicator picked up more product than was required for an even layer on the upper and lower lip (for me). Although I had a bit of streaking around the edges, not much had settled in my lip folds. The texture was smooth, light, and creamy without being sticky. It wore well for four hours and felt moisturizing over time, and it seemed smoother and better looking after half an hour of wear.

The formula is said to have the “pigment of a liquid lipstick” paired with the “shine of a supergloss”, which is also moisturizing and “ultra-creamy” with “high color saturation”. They were pigmented – typically semi-opaque to opaque – with a smooth, creamy consistency that was light, non-sticky, and spreadable.
If anything, I found they were a bit thicker and / or too much product was dispensed with one swipe of the deer foot applicator (so wiping off the excess or trying to use just one side to get coverage) because of a fine line in between was a good application (mostly evenly) and a less prominent application that showed some streaks.
I found that they smoothed my lip lines, especially when they wore off, and my lips looked hydrated, fuller, and smoother. Most shades lasted around four hours with some lingering color and shine with an even fade / wear. The formula was comfortable to wear and very moisturizing and made me feel more like a lip gloss / lip balm hybrid than a lipstick / lip gloss hybrid.
They smell like vanilla, but have no discernible taste.

The consistency was light, creamy and smooth without any stickiness, which made it comfortable to wear. It lasted a good four and a half hours and was very moisturizing to the touch.
