Clionadh Aether Powder Highlighter ($ 14.00 for 0.21 oz.) Has a slightly translucent base with a medium, warmer pink tinge and larger, cooler pink and fuchsia flecks. It was a very shiny, sparkling shade that became more and more apparent as we polish and veneer. The translucent base came into its own because it was diffuse as it glittered more than the base color. It had a semi-opaque, buildable coverage that was more in line with the market.
The texture felt smooth, neither too firm nor too soft when pressed into the pan, so it was picked up well with feathery brushes but was not powdery. The product applied well to my skin and diffused easily, although it looked more personal because it was so reflective. I was surprised – and impressed – that it didn’t emphasize the natural texture of my skin. It wore on well for eight and a half hours, but over time it had some migration from the larger glitters.

Formula overview
$ 12.50 / 0.21 oz. – $ 59.52 per ounce
There isn’t much that the formula describes other than that it has a “soft, buildable application”. They tended to be quite pigmented – semi-opaque to completely opaque – with soft, smoother textures that were neither too tight nor too softly pressed into the pan. For a more transparent or buildable application, I would highly recommend using a lighter hand and a less dense brush for this.
The texture was usually smooth, a little dense, and a little thicker than most powder highlighters on the market, so often they really needed to be buffed and spread over the skin. The finishes were often more intense, tending towards metallic, and occasionally accentuating the natural texture of my skin when worn with a higher coverage. They usually lasted between eight and nine hours with me.
