Clinique Cheek Pop PearlClinique Cheek Pop Pearl is the successor to the brand’s Cheek Pop formula. There are six hues, all of which hover around lighter to medium-depth and warmer hues. I was really disappointed that this wasn’t used as an opportunity to diversify the color palette and at least a color like Cola Pop was not returning.
From the first use they appear to be very similar to the original Cheek Pops, although they appeared to have less luminosity and a little more noticeable pearl, although they shimmer finely and definitely not openly. They appeared to be a bit more pliable and were more easily picked up with a blush, were more faithful to the Builder cover, but “melt” but not quite as beautifully as the original (we’re talking about degrees of beauty, not a massive difference).
