Urban Decay Universal Liquid HighlighterUrban Decay Universal Liquid Highlighter ($ 32.00 for 1.35 oz.) Is a soft, peach-colored beige with barely any pearl that gives the skin a more glass-like sheen. It was supposed to be a universal shade, and it was quite translucent in practice as it stretched and faded out very easily, although I couldn’t tell if it would look lighter or have an ashy sheen on deep skin.
The texture was more gel-like as it had some substance and density, but it was still very fluid when squeezed out of the tube. It mostly dried out, but had a subtle sheen that was left behind with no visible sheen. It can be applied anywhere or to highlight specific areas, and given the sharpness, it seemed suitable for mixing with the primer or as a primer for a more glowing finish.
It took eight hours as a cheek marker and didn’t seem to detract from the longevity of the foundation when blended in or worn under it.
