Chanel liquid highlighter in gold ivory ($ 48.00 for 1.0 fl. Oz.) Is a light to medium gold with warmer, peach-colored undertones and a pearly sheen. It’s supposed to be something that can be applied “all over” or used as a standalone highlighter on the highlights of the face.
It has a thin, liquid consistency that was light but dried in thirty seconds or less; For a more targeted application, I found the trick to put a little on the back of your hand and let it dry five to 10 seconds before applying. When I went right in, it was just too slippery and tended to be uneven and so transparent that it was barely visible. It had a sheer to semi-transparent, somewhat buildable cover that was largely in line with the marketing. As it dried it was a little shinier than I expected, which gave the illusion of dew drops without the maintenance. It wore well for eight hours before it faded a little.
