THE FULL prize money for the Champions League and Uefa’s other top club competitions has been announced.

That was the second time the Blues have reached the Champions League.
The cash award they will receive if they keep their crown next summer has now been announced.
Whoever lifts the trophy will pocket at least £ 75.4 million – not including the extra income from television money.
The Champions League group stage kicks off this week and any club that qualified for that stage has already raised £ 13.33m – with Manchester United and City, Liverpool and Chelsea representing the Premier League.
Teams will receive £ 2.39m in cash for each win and £ 770,000 in a draw.
Qualifying for the knockout stage brings in £ 8.18m in prize money, while for the quarterfinals it brings in a cool £ 9m.

£ 10.65million is the cash incentive for reaching the final four, while both finalists will earn a minimum of £ 13.21million with an additional £ 2.98million for the winners.
Winning the Champions League also secures a place in the Uefa Super Cup against the winner of the Europa League.
Both sides will receive an additional £ 2.98 million for this.
That means that anyone who goes all the way to the Champions League will receive at least $ 75.4 million.
This season also saw the introduction of Uefa’s new Europa Conference League.
Each team that qualified for this competition has deposited £ 2.47 million.
Each win at this stage will earn a club £ 426,035.
And whoever goes all the way in the umbrella association’s latest competition will be rewarded with a reward of £ 12.87 million.
