MILL Hall – Keystone Central Faculty District will receive $ 4.8 million federal incentive fund presented by Superintendent Jacquelyn Martin for the duration of this week’s Faculty Council vote held on Zoom.
“This is 4 periods of the amount we received before,” said Martin, “and we have two long periods of time to use this money to help us with pandemic-related charges.” We’re going to be incredibly careful planning with the Board of Directors Finance Committee to make sure we get the best use of this money. “
Martin said that the district is eager to move forward when it comes to paying for the stimulus funds.
“We want to be very careful,” she claimed. “Even if this sounds like a really good stroke of luck, we would like to draw up a warning because we are still not sure what will happen to the national budget.
