Community leaders are advocating extra cash for nearby businesses and nonprofits that have not rated more than enough to receive a $ 10,000 grant from the first tier of a reduction fund allocated by Norman City Council.

“I recognize that not every single one of 628 companies and nonprofits has the same level of qualification, but they all need relief,” said Stephen Koranda, president of the Downtowners Association of Norman.
