COLUMBUS – A black money political group officially used as part of a $ 60 million bribery program to pass nuclear rescue laws in Ohio pleaded guilty on Friday.

Generation Now Inc. has also reached an agreement in federal court in Cincinnati to seize $ 1.5 million from two bank accounts.

Jeffrey Longstreth, a co-defendant in the case who previously pleaded guilty to railing for his involvement in the program, represented Generation Now at the hearing on Friday.

U.S. District Judge Timothy Black has postponed a pre-sentencing investigation and sentencing pending resolution of cases involving all the defendants.
