Becca Light Shifter Dewing Tint ($ 30.00 for 1.0 fl. Oz.) Is a new, tinted moisturizer that sounds a lot like an ultra-transparent, tinted light source based on the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter (HFF) and AURIC Glow Lust, especially when I compare the ingredient lists .
I initially bought three shades – the ones best suited for my skin tone – as I wasn’t sure, but they definitely shimmer a lot and look and work very similar to the products above, so I bought the five additional shades too . The biggest difference is that Becca first used it as a tinted moisturizer, e.g. For all use, while using only the highest parts of the face sounds more like a secondary mode of use. With HFF and Glow Lust, they seem to be designed to be mixed / worn as the main use among basic products. I think Becca’s is more comparable to Glow Lust in that it had a heavier tint (especially when used as a standalone product but was very plain everywhere) and a finer, less noticeable bead than HFF.
Becca Light Shifter Finishing Veil ($ 34.00 for 0.25 oz.) Was launched along with the tinted moisturizer and sounded a bit like Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders, but they’re definitely not – tinted / more visible (in tint) on and true to their “satin” finish than described. I originally bought a shade that I expected to be the closest to my skin tone, but it was a little dark so I had to buy the lightest shade!
