Battlegrounds Mobile India, which started with a lot of fanfare, is now experiencing glitches as many players have complained about problems playing the game.
Since the start, the Krafton developers have continuously released updates and patches, fixed bugs and added new functions. But the game’s new format has constantly created several issues that have forced Krafton to fix these glitches.
Gamers have complained that they frequently encounter glitches while loading and see random shutdowns that affect the gaming experience.
In the meantime, there is another issue that players have complained about getting stuck on the loading screen and finding it difficult to start the game while wearing unicorn outfits.
It has now been confirmed that Krafton has fixed these issues with a new patch that it has rolled out. Krafton has also fixed a bug that prevented players from shooting other players who were driving buggy vehicles in mission ignition mode. Another audio issue is also resolved with this patch.
To install the update, players will have to restart the game and then the company will be prompted to contact customer service and provide all the details of errors such as reproduction steps, character ID, device information (model, RAM, CPU). “We are constantly updating the issues that you are reporting through the Known Issues Notification after the July Update. We will work hard to resolve them as soon as possible, ”the developer said in a blog post.
