Taiwanese tech giant ASUS announced on Friday the expansion of its consumer laptop portfolio with the launch of the new VivoBook K15 OLED in India at a starting price of Rs 46,990.

The new VivoBook series runs on the latest Intel Core processors of the 11th generation along with Intel Iris Xe graphics and is available in four CPU variants – Intel i3, Intel i5, Intel i7 and AMD R5.

The products will be available on Sunday with Flipkarts Big Billion Days sale and Flipkart Plus members will have early access to the range of models starting Saturday for a starting price of Rs 45,990 (for a limited time). (Also Read: OPPO Unveils New Smartphone In India From Rs 15,490)

“Like other ASUS consumer series, the VivoBook K15 OLED is the result of in-depth consumer insight and world-class technology. We are confident that the new line will increase consumer celebrations before the Christmas holidays and allow them to easily move from work to play while increasing their productivity, “said Arnold Su, Business Head, Consumer and Gaming PC, System Business Group, ASUS India, in a statement.

The latest models will be available to all Amazon Prime members from 12 noon on Saturday. The non-Prime members can use the product from the next day.

Select models are also sold through ASUS ‘offline retail partners – ASUS Exclusive Stores / ROG Stores / Croma / Vijay Sales / Reliance Digital.

The laptop has a 15.6-inch Full HD OLED panel, a three-sided NanoEdge display, a 5.75 mm bezel, and a screen-to-body ratio of 84 percent. (Also Read: Elon Musk’s Starlink Aims To Deliver Broadband Services In India From December 2022.)

The new ASUS VivoBook series features ASUS Intelligent Performance Technology (AIPT), which sets the processor’s power limit from 15 to 28 watts to improve performance.

AIPT also adjusts power consumption based on charging status and temperatures to optimize power consumption efficiency
