Anastasia Pink Dahlia Stick RougeAnastasia Pink Dahlia Stick Rouge ($ 32.00 for 0.28 oz.) Is a lighter, medium dark pink with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had a medium buildable paint release when applied with a brush and a semi-opaque buildable paint release when applied with the fingertip. I prefer the latter as it was quick and easy, although a brush worked fine.
The consistency was smooth, light, and slightly emollient without being too slippery. The formula dried to a more powdery finish after contacting the skin, but I felt like I had enough time to apply and blend on each cheek before drying. I had no problem applying this shade on bare skin or foundation. It lasted a good eight hours before showing signs of fading.

Formula overview
$ 32.00 / 0.28 oz. – $ 114.29 per ounce
The formula is said to have a “natural looking color” with a “seamless finish” paired with a “buildable and mixable” formula that can range from a “sheer wash to a more intense, livelier pop”.
The consistency was slightly softening, thin and glides well, but dried quickly and had a powdery finish. I felt like I had enough time to work the product cheek by cheek and I had no problem applying it to bare skin or over foundation. I think the lack of shimmer / shine made the Stick Blush formula easier to work with than the Stick Highlighter formula.
The cream rouges lasted between seven and eight hours.
