Anastasia Latte Stick RougeAnastasia Latte Stick Rouge ($ 32.00 for 0.28 oz.) Is a soft, dusty pink with warmer undertones and a matte finish. I found it had no sheen but didn’t have a completely flat dry feel as it seemed to let my natural skin finish come through. It had medium buildable pigmentation applied with a brush and more semi-opaque buildable coverage applied with fingertips.
The texture was smooth, light, and pliable with a more gel-like glide that allowed the formula to spread well on bare skin as well as foundation since it didn’t lift my base or stain. It dried off quickly but gave me enough time to mix. This shade lasted a good eight hours before visibly fading.

Formula overview

The formula is said to have a “natural looking color” with a “seamless finish” paired with a “buildable and mixable” formula that can range from a “sheer wash to a more intense, livelier pop”.
The consistency was slightly emollient, thin, and glides well, but dried quickly and had a powdery finish. I felt like I had enough time to work the product cheek by cheek and I had no problem applying it to bare skin or over foundation. I think the lack of shimmer / shine made the Stick Blush formula easier to work with than the Stick Highlighter formula.
The cream rouges lasted between seven and eight hours.
