Paula from Glastonbury attended yesterday’s show and explained what she would do with her win if she came out on top.

Many did not expect what they were getting when Paula replied, “Well, my son Jamie wants to become a Buddhist monk.

“So we’re going to Sri Lanka for a month at the end of the year, to Colombo and Kandy, my other son Andrew would be invited too.”

That left-wing host Bradley Walsh, 60, was amused and fans wanted to know more about Paula and her son’s search.

Paula was the only one to make it to the Final Chase and only had £ 1,000 in her prize pool before her loss.

Chaser Paul said, “You certainly won’t hear a word of criticism from me, Paula.”

He added, “Good luck with your trip to Columbo – let your son be a Buddhist priest! It is important that your sons live their dreams.”
