It was richly pigmented with a smooth, creamy consistency that felt like a velvety gel throughout the day. Of the colors I’ve tested in this formula over time, it wasn’t quite as smooth as the others I’ve tried. It lasted a good five and a half hours and felt moisturizing over time.

The consistency has more slip and a velvety smooth feel that gently “sticks” to the lips. While the finish looks shinier in the first few hours, the color is retained well. If you’ve ever used a silicone-based primer, the formula feels a bit overall. Most colors last between six and eight hours, are non-drying to slightly moisturizing and comfortable to wear. The formula is odorless and has no discernible taste.
The Lip Maestro Notorious formula is said to have a “shiny matt” finish with “8 hours of wearing time” and “high pigment”. The Notorious colors are inspired by “chic Hollywood glamor”, but otherwise look very similar to the original Lip Maestro formula.

Is a vibrant medium orange with warm undertones and a lighter, golden orange pearl. The texture was smooth, fluid without being too slippery or thin, and had good adhesion because it cured easily (but was not transferable). It had an almost opaque pigmentation that was evenly applied and lasted well for six and a half hours. The formula felt slightly moisturizing when worn.
