After launching the Gionee Max last year, the company plans to launch the Gionee Max Pro smartphone in India.
The teaser page on Flipkart shows that the company will launch the smartphone on March 1st at 12 noon. It also bears the Flipkart Unique branding, which means that it will be exclusively available online via Walmart’s own e-retail platform.
In addition, the teaser page on Flipkart provides important details on the features of the upcoming smartphone, including the display, battery and storage space.
According to details, the Gionee Max Pro smartphone will come with a 6.52-inch HD + display and be equipped with a single front camera that will be housed in the dewdrop notch. The phone also gets extremely thin bezels on the sides and a thick chin.
There’s little information on the phone’s design and one of the images shared on Flipkart shows that the phone’s rear camera setup will be housed in a square camera module. The phone will also be available in blue with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage space. It will pack a 6,000mAh battery.
Several reports suggest that the upcoming smartphone is expected to be available in black, blue and red color variants.
