PRINCE Andrew’s attempt to dismiss his sex prosecutor’s trial has sparked anger after his legal team branded her a “money-hungry sex kitten.”
His “attack dog” company also claimed Virginia Giuffre was even part of billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s sex abuse ring by becoming “headbuck” for trafficked girls.

The attorneys said that not only did she help Epstein’s alleged accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell obtain victims, but she only sued Andrew for “one more payday.”
Ms. Giuffre’s attorney, Sigrid McCawley, hit back yesterday: “If she had routinely remained silent in the face of outrageous remarks such as Prince Andrew, the decades-long sex trafficking ring run by his friend Jeffrey Epstein would never have been exposed.
“On the subject of money, let’s be clear – the only party in this lawsuit that is using money in his favor is Prince Andrew.”
It also emerged yesterday that 61-year-old Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson and daughters Beatrice and Eugenie could be questioned by Ms. Giuffre’s lawyers about his comments in his BBC Newsnight interview on a car accident.
Ms. McCawley added, “In all honesty, it has been very helpful to us.” Ms. Giuffre, a mother of three, filed a lawsuit in August alleging that she was sexually abused by Andrew in London, New York and the Caribbean.
His lawyers filed a “motion to dismiss” the civil case in New York on Friday evening.
His LA-based attorney Andrew Brettler requested a hearing with U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan to argue for the dismissal.
As an alternative, he demanded that Ms. Giuffre, 38, give “a more definitive statement about her allegations”.
In a 36-page memorandum, Mr Brettler, of Lavely and Singer, said, “For over a decade, Giuffre has benefited from her allegations against Epstein and others by selling stories and photos to the press and making secret agreements to defend their claims to solve. ”against their alleged perpetrators, including Epstein and his ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell.
“Most people could only dream of getting the sums of money that Giuffre has secured over the years.
“This is a compelling motive for Giuffre to continue filing frivolous lawsuits against people like Prince Andrew, whose tainted reputation is just the latest collateral damage from the Epstein scandal.”
Mr Brettler said Andrew “clearly” denied their “false allegations”.
He wrote: “An allegation of serious misconduct by a member of the world’s best-known royal family has helped Giuffre create a media hype online and in the traditional press.
“It is unfortunate, but it cannot be denied, that greed for sensation and innuendo have triumphed over the truth.
“Giuffre has brought this unsubstantiated lawsuit against Prince Andrew to get another payday at his own expense and at the expense of his close relatives.
“Epstein’s abuse of Giuffre does not justify her public campaign against Prince Andrew.”
Mr Brettler said Ms. Giuffre – who has fought cases against Epstein, Maxwell and attorney Alan Dershowitz – had a pattern of lawsuits “against numerous high-ranking people”.

He argued that Ms. Giuffre’s abuse allegations had become “glaring” over the years.
He added, “She has been trying to sell increasingly lewd and inconsistent reports of alleged sexual abuse by friends, business associates and mere acquaintances of Epstein and Maxwell.”
Under the headline “Giuffres Role in Epstein’s Criminal Operation” he said she was accused of having recruited young girls for Epstein for money.
She was “slowly climbing the ladder” of his sex trade, he claimed.
He wrote that she had bought “expensive diamond jewelry, furniture and designer clothes” and went on a shopping spree with Maxwell.
The lawyer also quoted her as saying she was being paid well by Epstein – who committed suicide in prison in 2019 – because she would “give him sex whenever he wanted”.
He referred to an article in the New York Daily News in which her ex-boyfriend Philip Guderyon described her as the “head slut” who had up to ten girls she would take to Epstein.
The same article contained the line that Ms. Giuffre was not kept as a slave, but rather a “money-hungry sex kitten who flashed her money and enjoyed the finer things in life”.
The sister of another former friend of Mrs. Giuffre’s was quoted in Andrew’s court records as saying, “She said to me, ‘Do you know any girls who are kind of slutty?'”
Brettler said Ms. Giuffre’s allegations against Prince Andrew were “inconsistent” and her lawsuit did not provide details on specific sexual offenses.
The attorney added that she “does not provide any facts to show that she did not consent to alleged sexual contact with Prince Andrew”.
