“You know what the hell it is,” Fat Trel can be heard saying in the clip.

“The King of the Northeast is back and you know what the hell is wrong with me.”

Born Martrel Reeves, Fat Trel is currently under contract with DTLA Records with distribution via BERYL MEDIA and was previously under contract with Rick Ross’ label Maybach Music Group and Atlantic Records.

Trel’s legal troubles began in March 2016 after his arrest in Maryland after attempting to exchange counterfeit money for chips at the Maryland Live Casino in Hanover, the Washington Post reported.

According to Revolt TV, he was arrested again in 2018 for possession of a firearm and ammunition.

At the time, the police arrested the rapper for traffic violations and found that he was without ID or driver’s license because it had previously been revoked, reports the sales point.

Per revolt, Trels – who allegedly stank of alcohol and marijuana – was told to step aside when officers searched his vehicle and found a 40-caliber pistol with 10 rounds of ammunition.

The Virginia rapper pleaded guilty to the illegal possession of a ghost gun in 2020 and faced a maximum of 10 years in prison.

Last month, US District Judge Paula Xinis announced that the rapper would only be sentenced to two years and six months in federal prison and three years of supervised release.

Trel has released several mixtapes over the course of his rap career with collaborations with Rick Ross, Big KRIT, Chief Keef, Wale, Gucci Mane, E-40, YG and more.
