Chanel Espresso (20) Stylo Yeux Waterproof, long-lasting eyeliner ($ 34.00 for 0.01 oz.) Is a light to medium brown with subtle, warm olive undertones and a matte finish. It had a semi-opaque, fairly buildable coverage (the imperfections were less noticeable when used as a real eyeliner). The consistency was hardly creamy, so the most pleasant application could have been a little more productive, although it lasted for nine hours.

Stylo Yeux’s formula is said to be a “waterproof, smudge-proof” eyeliner with a “smooth, soft” texture. I gave up on this formula a while ago as most of the shades I tried had a really firm, stiff, and painful texture to use, but new versions have improved a lot!
They’re much, much creamier without being too wet, so they don’t transfer or migrate easily. The formula was easy (and not painful!) To apply even on my waterline. The eyeliners lasted for nine hours or more.

Chanel Gris Graphite (42) Waterproof, long-lasting eyeliner eye pencil ($ 34.00 for 0.01 oz.) Is a darker, silvery pewter with subtle, warm undertones and flecks of cooler sparkles. It had a semi-transparent to medium opacity in one go, which could be built up to semi-opaque opacity. The texture was moderately emollient – more than most in the series – and ran very comfortably over my lower lash line, but could have spread the product more evenly. This shade wore well for eight hours before visibly fading.
