MTV fans called the 30-year-old for sharing a “clickbait” post about the murdered woman.

Maci recently visited her Instagram story to share a post that led her followers to a story about Gabby.
Alongside a photo of Gabby and her fiancé Brian Laudrie, the teen mom OG star wrote: “# GabbyPetito friend #BrianLaundrie FOUND!?!”
Shortly after Gabby, 22, was reported missing while on a road trip with Brian, her fiancé mysteriously disappeared.
While her body was finally found, Brian is still missing and many have expressed their belief that he was involved in his fiancée’s death.
Instagram account TeenMomFanz visited her page to share a screenshot of Maci’s post and wrote, “So Maci can’t do a post to promote #GabbyPetito, but she can clickbait and benefit from this tragedy?
“A family is mourning and the world is watching. Post to change something and stop benefiting from a family’s nightmare. “
‘DISGUSTING!’
Many of the account’s followers agreed that Maci didn’t have to share the post, as one person wrote, “This is terrible! Disgusting that she makes money with it. “
Another added, “Whether it was your posting or a social media team… read the room! It is abhorrent to do so. Especially with ongoing investigations. “
A third rang in: “This is really so tasteless.”

One person simply commented, “Oh yikes.”
Others pointed out that Maci is just one of the Teen Mom OG stars spamming her account with clickbait stories as Catelynn Lowell, 29, was also guilty of profiting from her posts.
One Instagram user wrote, “Have these women sold their accounts to a clickbait company? I stopped following a long time ago because their posts are total junk and 99% of their content is click bait with insensitive leading titles.
“It’s so obvious that they are only using their follower base to benefit from it, and that’s it. There is absolutely no integrity.”
Another fan commented, “This clickbait shit is annoying, but it’s a whole new low. This benefits from the death of a young woman. It would be different if it was a documentary about ID or ABC or something that actually tells their story. That’s just tasteless to me. “

The backlash from MTV fans comes amid Maci’s feud with her ex Ryan Edwards, 33, and wife Mackenzie Edwards, 24.
The teen mom star shares her eldest son Bentley, 12, with Ryan while she is the mother of daughter Jayde, 6, and son Maverick, 5, with husband Taylor McKinney.
Maci and Ryan had an argument about how he treated Bentley while the 12-year-old asked his father to go into therapy with him.
