The brand new Ducati Monster 2022 was launched in India. Prices start at Rs 10.99 for the basic version of Ducati’s iconic naked bike. In India, new monsters are available in three color schemes – Signature Ducati Red (Rs 10.99 racks), Aviator Gray (Rs 11.09 racks) and Dark Stealth (Rs 11.09 racks). In addition, Ducati has also released a variant of Monster Plus. It’s 25,000 rupees higher and has a small windshield and seat trim added to it.

The 2022 Ducati Monster is completely new and comes with an aluminum front frame inspired by the Panigale V4, which replaces its characteristic lattice frame. This is part of Ducati’s weight reduction efforts, including a smaller fuel tank, new wheels, swingarms and even lighter engine components that reduce the weight of the curb to just 188kg. At that price, the basic version of the new monster is roughly 50,000 rupees below its main competitor, the Triumph Street Triple RS.
